I’m quite materialistic. It’s not something to be proud of but it’s true. I like things… I mean who doesn’t? I also love giving presents so I’m not such a bad person really.
We are all aware of the feeling of ‘oh shit what do I want for Christmas’ your list is either too long, or you’ve already bought yourself everything. I know for me, since earning my own money if I want something and can justify buying it I will, so everything I want or need I have.
I’ve recently made the big step and I moved out of my family home and into my own flat, exciting and daunting and all just before Christmas.
In an attempt to become more adult, and be a little bit sensible with my wish-list this Christmas I’ve already asked for some home wear goodies.
Here is a list of my top 5 perfect home wear gifts :
I love online shopping and that doesn’t stop when it comes to home wear. One of my favourites is AMARA a Home wear and lifestyle brands that sell everything you want to make your home look like it’s come straight of your Pinterest board. I’ve chosen 2 products that are both practical and pretty… and with a little bit of humour.
Firstly I love everything retro, so I couldn’t Resist this letterboard. Looks great and what better way to write notes. Who knew writing a list of jobs could look so good?

Secondly, A door mat. Sounds boring, but combined with my love of gin I think this doormat is just great. I’m sure I’ll have a giggle when stumbling in after a few too many gins.
Gin O’clock Door mat by ARTSY The Doormat Co.- £25.00
A great homewear Idea is coffee table books. Whether it’s a vogue magazine or Kim Kardashians selfie book, personally I think there is no better way to jazz up your coffee table. A great coffee table book will also be sure to entertain your guests, whilst you slave away in the kitchen.
Some of my favourites are:
-Vogue Magazine (why not go for a subscription)
What better way to decorate your house than pictures. A picture wall is the perfect way to jazz up a room without decorating and if you’re in rented decorating isn’t an option. I have chosen this amazing print of fashion icon Twiggy form Laura Ashley for my list to Santa. Black and white framed imaged always look amazing, Laura Ashley Has a Huge range of similar pictures.
Laura Ashley, wall Art & prints
Price Range £30-£100
If you’re making a picture wall Desenio does amazing affordable prints, and they even give great interior inspiration.
This Christmas wish list isn’t just a chance for you all to explore ideas for your loved ones, you might be tempted to spoil yourself instead and that’s totally okay.
A special Thanks to AMARA for sending me the lovely products. However all reviews are my very rosie own.
